UPDATE: Staff on site have now completed repairs and the 1619 Edinburgh to Tweedbank and 1723 Tweedbank to Edinburgh will be the first trains to run as normal.
THERE is still major disruption on the Borders Railway due to a fault with the signalling system.
Trains running from Edinburgh to Tweedbank have been terminating at Gorebridge this morning.
And the problem has continued into the afternoon.
A ScotRail spokesperson said: "Network Rail Scotland have assessed the fault at Stow.
"Unfortunately services will be unable to run between Gorebridge and Tweedbank until this has been rectified.
"Ticket acceptance remains in place with Border Buses on the X62, X95 and 67 services."
