REPORTS have been ordered into a 55-year-old man who admitted a drink driving offence in the Borders.
Vlastimil Holocek had a breath/alcohol reading of 67 microgrammes – the legal limit being 22 – on April 9.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until October 14 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
