TOURISTS visiting Kelso will have no problem finding a place to stay if proposed conversion of the town’s former Citizens Advice office gets the green light.
A planning application has been submitted to Scottish Borders Council to change the use of the ex-offices at 20 Shedden Park Road into a holiday let.
The Roxburgh & Berwickshire CAB service now operates out of Kelso Library in Bowmont Street.
A report with the retrospective application states: “Works had been undertaken before application as various repair work was essential to ensure building safety and further deterioration.”
