AN APPEAL for information has been issued following a vehicle fire in a Borders village.
At around 12.30am on Friday (September 27) a car was deliberately set on fire on Braeheads, Coldingham, according to police.
The fire was extinguished and there were no reports of any injuries.
Detective Constable Ashley Black said: “The fire is being treated as wilful and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed anything to contact us.
“We also ask anyone who may have private CCTV of the area at the time to come forward.”
