Drug sentence deferred for Hawick man
SENTENCE has been deferred on Mark McCarry for four months after admitting being in posession of £75 worth of herion at his home in Mansfield Crescent, Hawick, on June 3.
The 21-year-old was told at Jedburgh Sheriff Court that if he was of good behaviour it was likely he would be ordered to carry out unpaid work.
