NEWCASTLETON swimmer Stephen Clegg will be looking to mirror the gold medal success of his sister Libby, as he has just qualified for the final of the 100m backstroke.
Clegg came second in the S12 Heat 2 of the event, with a time of 1:03.11.
He was narrowly beaten by American Tucker Dupree.
Sister Libby has won two gold medals in this year's Paralympics, now Stephen has the chance to add to that success.
The final is set to take place tonight at 10.34pm.
