THE second St Boswells Wobbly Bridge Trail Race took place on Sunday.
And it has been hailed as a huge success yet again with more than 100 runners taking part.
The 8.5mile off road course took runners alongside the Tweed, through woodlands, along parts of the St Cuthbert's Way and back to the Village Green for a grandstand finish.
A total of 110 runners completed the course despite this year's warm, damp conditions.
And first back was Clark Scott with a new record time of 54.53.07 - more than 90 seconds ahead of runner-up Daniel Monaghan.
Hawick's Bruce Hughes was a further minute back in third.
Emma Kerr was first lady home, just 27 seconds outside the hour.
Gillian Duncan finished strongly to claim runners-up spot ahead of Julia Johnstone.
This year's Wobbly Bridge Race raised a whopping £1500 for the Borders Additional Needs Group as well as a further St Boswells Primary School.
