BORDERS athlete Chris O'Hare will return to the Berlin track on Friday in a bid to win the European 1500 metres title.
The 27-year-old from West Linton kicked clear in a slow first heat this morning to earn his place in the final.
And he will be joined by fellow British runners Charlie Grice and Jake Wightman.
Chris, who recently broke his own Scottish record with a time of 3:32.11, is considered to be the biggest danger to Norwegian brothers Filip and Jake Ingebrigtsen.
Friday's final will be televised live from around 8.50pm.
