FOUR girls from the Scottish Borders have been selected to play Ireland at home in the final round of hockey's Home Nations.
Hannah Miller has played every game this season with the Under 18 Scottish girls’ squad.
And she hopes to finish on a high this weekend at Glenalmond School where the Scots play the Irish three times in three days.
Hannah, a pupil at Galashiels Academy and a member of the Fjordhus Reivers Club, has had a fantastic first season in her first year in this age group.
And the teenager still has another season as part of the under 18s squad.
Three other Borderers have been selected for Scotland Under 16s.
Molly Byers, Livvy Hogg and Erin Lawrence also take on the Irish this weekend as part of the tri series tournament.
The girls would like to thank Rowan Boland Trust, Clubsport Ettrick and Lauderdale, and Roxburgh for their continued support which makes a significant difference to their successes and achievements.
