GALA Fairydean Rovers (GFR) walking footballers welcomed their Dunbar counterparts for a friendly tournament at Netherdale earlier this month.
The team are preparing for their return to the Walking Football Scotland national Over 60s league which kicks off at the Oriam in Edinburgh next month.
Both sides were able to field two teams and the Gala A team topped the table with three victories.

New chairman Gordon Smith said: “It’s been quite a while since GFR Walking Football Club had been able to extend an invitation to play another club in a friendly fixture.
“The weather was kind and the matches with Dunbar WFC were suitably competitive but good natured.
“It felt like we were playing in Match of the Day. Everyone who took part enthused about how much they had enjoyed the experience.
“Many thanks to Richard Gdulewicz for bringing his Dunbar team to Gala.”
