BORDERS wheelchair racer Samantha Kinghorn secured her second gold of the World Para Athletics Championships on Sunday, taking top spot in the T53 100 metres final.
The 21-year-old from Gordon won in 16.65 seconds, beating Australia's Angela Ballard, to add the title to her T53 200m victory.
Kinghorn also managed to take a bronze medal from the championships too, when she held on for third place in 400 meters final.
After her second gold medal win, she took to Twitter to express her delight.
She said: "Thank you London! I still can't believe I'm coming away double world champion, world record holder and world bronze medalist!"
