A MAJOR Borders road has reopened after a reported crash involving two cars this morning (July 26), say officials.
The A68 at Ancrum closed in both directions after the collision, which occurred at around 9.55am, according to a Police Scotland spokesperson.
However, the road has now reopened in both directions, with traffic “moving well”.
The spokesperson said: "Around 9.55am on Monday, July 26, officers were called to a report of a road crash involving two cars on the A68 at Ancrum.
“Police attended and the road has since reopened."
