A WOMAN has been charged in connection with a road offence after a two-vehicle crash near a Borders village.
The incident took place at around 7.30pm on Thursday (December 1) on the A1 near Grantshouse.
Both vehicles were uplifted after the collision, according to officers.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.35pm on Thursday (December 1) officers were called to a report of a two-vehicle crash on the A1 near Grantshouse.
“Emergency services attended and the vehicles were uplifted.
“A 36-year-old woman was charged in connection with a road traffic offence and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.”
