A BORDERS road will close for eight days this month to facilitate patching work.
The B6357 Lawston to Longrow road at Newcastleton will close between 8.30am – 5pm from today Monday September 4 to Friday September 8.

The work will stop over the weekend and resume on Monday September 11 for three days.
The alternative route is via B6357, A6088, A698, A7, B6318 and B6357 to point of closure
