UPDATE: An SGN spokesperson says engineers are working to make the urgent repairs
A BORDERS road has shut this afternoon to facilitate emergency gas works.
Scottish Borders Council (SBC) announced this afternoon that Wilton Path in Hawick closed at 2pm to allow for SGN engineers to begin emergency gas investigation works.
