Probe after pensioner killed on Peeblesshire road
AN 81-year-old man was killed yesterday on the A701 near the hamlet of Lamancha, Peeblesshire.
The pensioner, who hasn't been named, was killed after being struck by an HGV lorry.
The road was closed until after 7pm.
Police are continuing with their inquiries into the incident.
