A KELSO man who admitted a total of five offences last July in Innerleithen faces 10-month of restricted liberty.
Colin McLean will also have to pay £767 in compensation for damaging windows during the incident.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to the offences which happened on July 1 on the town's High Street.
In addition to the compensation he was given a 10 month restriction of liberty order keeping him in his property in Rennie Court between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
