POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a disturbance involving three teenage boys and a man in Kelso.
The incident happened around 7pm on Thursday, April 6 at the junction of Union Street and Bowmont Street in the town.
A larger group of youths aged between 12 to 15 were also present and may have witnessed the incident.
It is also believed that other members of the public passed in vehicles whilst the disturbance was happening.
A 29-year-old man has been charged in connection with this incident and released on an undertaking.
PC Craig Hood of Kelso Police Station said: "We're asking anyone who may have seen the disturbance, or who may have video footage of the incident, to get in touch.”
