EVERGREEN Wayne McIntosh has been crowned Scottish Masters champion over 1500 metres following a stunning run at Grangemouth Stadium.
Wayne took gold in the Over 40s race on Saturday, crossing the line in a time of 4.36.29.
In a field of 27 runners in various age categories, Wayne recorded the fourth fastest time overall, taking the top spot on the podium for the M40 category.
The Kelso athlete runs for Gala Harriers.
The Scottish Masters Championships saw a large field of mature athletes competing for medals throughout various track and field events.
