HOME Bargains bosses are remaining tight-lipped over the possible relocation of their Galashiels store.
TJ Morris, the company which owns the discount brand, also owns the former B&M Bargains site in Stirling Street.
And with major renovation work currently taking place at the empty building, rumours have begun to circulate that the firm will relocate its Channel Street store.
But Home Bargains insists no move is imminent: “While we don’t have anything to announce at the moment, we’d encourage people to register on our careers website so we can contact them if roles become available in their region.
"As a result of our constant growth, we’re always looking for new staff across the country.”
