A BERWICKSHIRE man has been found guilty at Selkirk Sheriff Court of possessing indecent photographs of children.
Graham Whitson had denied the offence at a property in Glebe Park, Duns, on September 20, 2016.
But the 32-year-old, who gave an address in the village of Burnmouth, was found guilty following a part-heard trial which concluded this week.
Sentence has been deferred until June 18 for the production of background reports.
