UPDATED: Police thank public as missing Borders teenager traced
A 14-YEAR-OLD girl's family are "growing concerned" for her well being.
Leah Turnbull was last seen at around 10.30am in the Burnfoot area of Hawick on Monday, February 5.
Leah, who is 5ft 4, with long dyed red hair, was possibly seen early this morning (Tuesday, February 6) at around 7.50am, in the Commercial Road area of Hawick.
She was described as wearing a black jumper, black leggings, and black trainers.
nspector Rachel Campbell said: “Along with Leah’s family and friends, we are growing increasingly concerned for her wellbeing and are appealing for anyone who may have seen her to please come forward.”
“If you can assist our efforts to trace her, please call police on 101, quoting incident 3200 of 5th February 2024.”
