THE Inner Wheel Club of Galashiels had the great honour of hosting the annual District 2 Rally at the Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh this year.
The District chairman, Vi Romanis from the Galashiels club welcomed other District chairs from Scotland, Ireland and North East England and their members.
