THIRTEEN bin bags of rubbish were picked up at a beauty spot in Galashiels in just over an hour.
Asda Galashiels Community Life Champions Amy Bryson and Leigh Pearson teamed up with volunteers from Tomorrow’s People Galashiels Works! to clean up the Gala Policies on Monday, November 24.
Among the items picked up were bags full of bottles, cans, paper and wrappers.
