STAFF at Matalan in Galashiels handed over a cheque for more than £3,000 following months of fundraising.
Throughout the past year the retailers have taken part in dress-up days, sponsored silences and colouring competitions.
They also held an in-store raffle in the run up to Christmas.
Last week customer services manager Meena Brock travelled down to Radio Borders in Tweedbank to hand over a cheque for £3066.18 to Candy Rafferty from Cash for Kids.
Meena told us: “We will continue to support Cash for Kids and aim to raise even more this year.” The staff at Matalan were thanked live on air by Candy for their generous fundraising and continued support.
