A TEACHER from Lauder has turned the tables on his sport's number one player.
Colin Green, who teaches at the town's primary school, plays table tennis for Penicuik in the Edinburgh Premier League.
Last weekend he played his way through to the final of the Edinburgh and Lothians Table Tennis Championship.
Despite being up against the unbeaten Stewart Armitage at the Royal High School in Edinburgh, it was Colin who emerged the winner.
