MELROSE gymnast Holly Allfrey has spun, jumped and somersaulted her way to a gold medal.
The 10-year-old, who is a member of Lasswade Gymnastics Club, was competing at the recent Scottish Gymnastics Level 5 and 6 Championships at the Bells Sports Centre in Perth.
Holly, who trains for 12 hours each week at Lasswade, was up against 34 girls from all over Scotland in her Level 5 age-group.
After claiming a terrific fifth place in the vault, Holly earned a bronze medal for her faultless beam routine.
But there was still more to come as she was awarded a silver medal for a terrific floor routine.
Following the scores being combined Holly was awarded gold for her all-round performance at all disciplines.
The combined score was also enough for the primary school pupil to be promoted to Level 4 for next year.
Lasswade Gymnastics Club can boast three champions in the various age-groups as well as many individual medalists.
