BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Galashiels man who admitted engaging in a course of conduct which was abusive to his ex-partner.
Thomas Ross, 37, of Queen Elizabeth Square, pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing at the woman between December and March and leaving her abusive telephone messages.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until June 14.
